Yoga For Peripheral Nueropathy in Mesa, AZ

Updated: Jan 5, 2023

senior chair yoga

Yoga can make a huge impact to your peripheral nueropathy healing process and there are resources right in your Mesa and Gilbert, AZ neighborhoods.

My name is Christina and I am an E-RegisteredYogaTeacher in the Phoenix area. I work with people who are looking for guidance while healing through chronic disease.

By incorporating a light yoga practice, including gentle movement and focused breath work you will see a transformation in your life and your healing journey from a neurological deficit. A gentle practice of 2-3 times a week for 30-60 minutes can improve body functions by stimulating the nerves and mind. Your yoga practice will also help you manage stress and allow you to sleep better.

Your practice might seem slow to start, but know that consistency is key to seeing long term benefits. It is important to give yourself grace and time while you continue to understand your body, its needs and limitation.

If you are interested in trying some light movement on your own, you can request my free 10 minute chair routine HERE

You should always discuss with your doctor first if starting a yoga practice is the right for you.
