Welcome to CM Yoga, my name is Chris and I am a private yoga instructor in the East Valley. I specializing in working with beginner students, those recovering from an injury, and those healing through chronic illness.

Is yoga right for your patient?

Yoga is a continuous practice, where we incorporate the physical body but place an emphasis on mental fitness and breath work. Yoga has the capability to be modified to fit the needs of the individual. When practiced consistently, yoga has been known to increase mobility, flexibility and create strength in a low impact environment. 


I received my 200 hour teaching certification in 2019 and I have really enjoyed watching the connection yoga has created between my students and I. I have experience working one-on-one with those who are dealing with back pain, stroke recovery, peripheral neuropathy, and even depression. My students constantly blow me away with their progress and dedication to their practice. By traveling to my students, I am able to offer them a specialized experience, tailored to their needs in an environment where they are most comfortable.

I'm reaching out to create connections with other local businesses and physicians in the East Valley. If you have a patient that is healing through chronic illness or who you think would benefit from private, in-home yoga sessions please don't hesitate to contact me. I offer a commission-based referral program when your patient books their first session.
